Around SBN: Four TCU Football Players Among 17 Arrested In Drug Ring

El Ced runs wild on Bears

Career high yards rushing for Cedric Benson against his old team, 31 carries for 172 yards in a blowout. Good to see him playing well and should be the NFL's leading rusher after this week.

Ricky's going bananas on New Orleans as well

9 for 80 and 3 TDs. Helluva a day for the former Horn rumblers.

He had a 68 yard TD run

Longest of his career, hard to believe

Benson leads the league in rushing again.

Meanwhile Big Roy continues his fade into mediocrity

… while new star receiver Miles Austin has another huge day in the Cowboys’ win over Atlanta. I know Roy is hurt again, but the “bust” tag has been firmly attached to the trade that brought him to Dallas.

I have some many things to comment about this, but I wont.

“Fade into mediocrity” is an unfair assessment.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this

I don’t follow the Cowboys closely, but I’m pretty sure Roy has to be considered a massive disappointment in Big D.

There is no connection between Romo and Roy

I follow the Cowboys pretty closely and have a good friend who’s a season ticket holder. He went down to training camp and was watching those two in particular and complimented Roy on some of his routes, but said there just wasn’t any chemistry between the two of them….
I know we all get sick of hearing about the McCoy-Shipley connection, but there’s definitely chemistry there just like there was with Cosby last year.
I don’t think Roy’s a bust. He has had some bad luck like the other week when Romo left him out to dry and the route where he got hammered…
