Second Half Open Thread
Texas leads 24-7 at half behind some great plays made and some good luck with plays OSU did not make... Shocking and outrageous are the five-wide, empty sets on offense, the 'Horns are in great shape at intermission following the beautiful McCoy-to-Malcolm touchdown with seconds to go.
Let's close this out...

Last year I felt Texas pulled off in the second half

Blow off their doors and head back home.

Question:
Some of the choices that Colt makes seem really weird… would you pass 3 yards out when you know you need ~15… he seems to does this often. really pisses me off
So you'd prefer he try to force something that isn't there and risk a turnover?

but Tech will beat OU. I am holding to my summer prediction.
Apparently they're too stupid to try to taunt through the curtains.
It’s not like they don’t know the players and coaches are on the other side of it.
TEXAS FIGHT
If the fans can't see them,
then the ’Horns cannot exist.
Maybe they don't know there's anything on the other side.
This is the state of Oklahoma after all…

My rankings
(1) Texas
(2) Bama
(3) Florida
(4) TCU
(5) BSU
(6) Oregon
(7) Cincy
(8) Iowa
I hate ranking BSU that high, but they beat Oregon.
Formerly kjm017
Not odd at all
Whom has TCU beaten? No one, while BSU has beaten Oregon.

A&M
I don’t expect it to be a blowout, but who knows. We continue to underestimate our own team. A&M could come into that game demoralized by OU from the previous week.

The Aggies are always up for the game. They will hang in there for a while, but they have to be extremely concerned about their o-line vs. or front. They are playing a bunch of freshmen.

Nice to see them play in the Holiday Bowl
OU vs USC in the Holiday Bowl would be very good matchup.

I'd like to see OU v. Oregon in the Holiday bowl, but I'm cruel like that.

Division title
So, Texas would have to lose two games to remaining conference opponents, including one of them to a2m and/or Tech (who would also have to win all remaining conference games) in order to NOT win the division title.
That’s good shape.

Yeah but...
not good shape for making it to the MNC.

Robert Smith Declares Horns #1
I have heard so many announcers calling the Horns the best we may actually be number 1 tomorrow
Very dominant performance
Hard to argue, except when one reads from the book of Acts of Tebow.

After all the struggles
the Heisman might come down to Tebow vs McCoy after all.
