Second Half Open Thread
Texas leads 24-7 at half behind some great plays made and some good luck with plays OSU did not make... Shocking and outrageous are the five-wide, empty sets on offense, the 'Horns are in great shape at intermission following the beautiful McCoy-to-Malcolm touchdown with seconds to go.
Let's close this out...

I think GD comes back with 11 personnel with EBS to start the 2nd half.

Last year I felt Texas pulled off in the second half

I don’t fault him. It’s split-second timing, and he had a shot at something every defensive back dreams of getting: the almighty interception. Good for him. If this were a more tenuous situation, sure, I’d probably gripe a little, but let’s let the kid have some fun.

Garrett Gilbert vs Case McCoy
what happens to the loser of this starting QB battle next year and in the future? I’m assuming whoever wins is going to be a legit QB and wouldn’t lose his starting job. Should the loser transfer like Snead did for the sake of his future playing career?
