Vince looks good in Titans first victory
VY went 15/18 for 125 yards with 1 TD and no interceptions. He also had 12 rushes for 30 yards, his longest being an 8 yard scamper. Chris Johnson rushed for 228 with 2 TD's and the Titans beat the Jaguars 30 - 13. Hopefully Vince can keep being this efficient and play his game within that offense. We all know how electrifying he can be if given a chance. Its nice to see him get his chance to shine again. Even though those aren't gaudy stats they are very efficient and he protected the ball and contributed positively to the offense.

I don't know why Fisher wouldn't play him before
I’m going to assume it had something to do with Vince’s mental meltdown last year. Fisher seems like a no nonsense dude. But hopefully now Vince has his head on straight and will tear it up like he did for Texas!

Good for him
I called it he will beat the Jaguar. I know he can rally the team and win this game. Hope, he will have a brighter future in NFL.

If he can continue to not turn the ball over,
he’ll have a future in the league. let’s see how he does against someone other than the 2nd to worst pass defense in the league.

That's the thing
I really hope he just uses this game as a way to get off on the right foot. This has to be used for confidence, not vindication.

Titans 2nd half schedule looks a lot easier
VY-led Titans won’t make a playoff-comeback for sure, but 6-10 or 7-9 record is a possibility.

lucky for the titans there draft will be loaded with DT talent
so they can hopefully find a replacement for haynesworth.

Great News
Hope VY turns around his career with the Titans – but more importantly that he gets his life on solid ground.

i predicted...
that he would be the starter by week 6 at my fantasy draft (I always take him in a late round because of my unflinching loyalty)… not quite right, but pretty f_ing close. I also predicted that he would be the starter by week 5 his rookie year… I think I was off by a week then too, but only because they started him earlier. I underestimated him once in 2004; I have not made that mistake since. Finally, he can get to work on winning that Super Bowl and going to the HOF like he talked about in Esquire.
In Vince I trust.

For all the fanfare over Chris Johnson's big day
And it is well deserved, because he is a playmaker, none of his big runs happen without Vince Young. Before his 50+ yarder, Vince converted a sick 3rd and 6 by sidestepping a rusher and flicking a 7 yard pass to the sideline; most QB’s would have been sacked. On Chris Johnson’s 89 yard run, it was either or zone-read or had the look of it; the defensive end and a linebacker or two hesitated to see if Vince kept the football, and a couple broken tackles later, Chris Johnson was off to the races. Hopefully, Jeff Fisher’s notoriously unimaginative offensive mind takes note of that.
