UCF's defense looks very athletic.
I think this might actually be a good test for the O-line.

Hopefully this doesn't become a Colorado-type game
that would be embarrassing and the humans would drop us right back to 3rd or worse.

Media perspective on Horns has shifted to the defense
Earlier in the season the media was stuck on the narrative from last season, so poor offensive production was highlighted and hurt us in the human polls. Since the OU game, the national media perspective has shifted to how strong Texas is defensively. If the Horns continue to dominate defensively, the headlines will likely emphasize Texas’ D and underreport any offensive struggles that may reappear (see coverage of the SEC from the last 5+ years).

UCF's QB Brett Hodges
off to an 0/6 start on pass attempts.

It looks to me
their D is better than the Pokes.

ill be watching all of this one
ucf is acutally getting better by the week. they have a pretty good defense with an awesome d line, but no offense to speak of. we will prolly rip em something like 35 or 42 – 6

Anybody with AT&T u-verse or any other cable provider
have the USC-Oregon game blacked out on ESPN2 Saturday night during the Texas game? Would love to know if it is an AT&T problem or ESPN problem?

we were having issues (tw)
i think they said there was an issue with one of the feeds, we could only really get it in SD

Happens on DirecTV too. Something to do with the reverse mirror that ABC/ESPN does. The USC-Oregon game was available on an ESPN alternate channel, but it was not in HD…

Yeah I couldn't get it in SD or HD.
Just a nice picture that said this game is blacked out in your viewing area.

I'm thinking...
that Shipley and company might have a nice evening with that secondary.

They haven't beat a team with a winning record
and that includes the 1-AA school they played.
If you're so sure of what it ain't, how about telling us what it am!

UCF has no offense to speak off
They actually won that game because Marshall actually GAVE it to them in the fourth quarter. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. No wonder no one takes these CUSA teams seriously. We should trade most of the Big 12 North for Houston. Even trade I’d say.
In-VINCE-able.

La-Monroe would stomp that UCF team

UCF has been a pretty respectable team some years
This, however, is not one of those years. Anything less than a trouncing will be looked upon with raised eyebrows.
