"If we can't put a player on the field that is 100 percent, he is not going to lace them up for the Longhorns"
Man, I love coach boom!!!
"I don't ever miss free throws. I'm like 100-percent from the free throw line. I just don't think about missing and if you think about missing you're going to miss. I just take my time and know I'm going to make it and I do," McClellan said.
Inspiring
Damn it’s great to have a coach who is clearly an expert in his field and doesn’t mince any words.
Your Man In the Balkans
I like how angry he sounded when talking about the two touchdowns at the end of the game
I don’t think the second-team D is going to have a fun week of practice.
If you're so sure of what it ain't, how about telling us what it am!
That was awesome
Having a coach that is sincere about players keeping their intensity for 60 minutes of football is such a huge benefit. I agree, he sounded pretty disappointed that we gave up two touchdowns in garbage time. Stats may be for losers, but he wanted the shutout.
the man, the myth, the legend.
the linebacker's creed
If the other team doesn’t score, they can’t win.
If they do score, you screwed up.
If on any play they make it back to the line of scrimmage, you screwed up.
If they complete a pass, you probably screwed up…somebody did.
Muschamp has apparently been taught the linebacker’s creed. I think he’s my kind of coach.
