Could you imagine if the season were already over? Miami can.
Miami of Ohio finished their season last night! Granted if my team were 1-11 I would probably be glad the season was over too, but still it is just weird to think about college football being finished for a team well before Thanksgiving!
If they were a national title contender they would have to wait 2 months before they would play in the title game!

Yeah, I still can't believe the Big 10 ends so early...
I think I was just thrown by their Wednesday game and the fact that it was only November 18th and they were done. But its still amazing that the Big 10 ends it season so early, until you mentioned Mich-OSU, I was convinced that game away (its easy to forget such a rivalry when on of the teams is so crappy!). I wouldn’t mind the early finish if it was to make room for a playoff, but Big 10 fans must hate the fact that they will have to wait a month to see another Big 10 team play.
If they were a title contender...
…they would also be playing in the MAC championship in a few weeks.
Good lord
They played 12 weeks of football without a bye. I feel for those kids.
