Its Tebow, Ingram, and Mccoy for the Best Offensive Player of the Year Award.
Get off your knees Greg, you're blowin' the game.
but..
….she’s been advertising only this one website for her entire account, so she only cares about that one. Check her history. If this isn’t spam, I don’t know what is.

Danielle Moorman is the Exec Director of the O'Brien Foundation
I don’t know if this is actually her, but I’m guessing that’s the reason these posts aren’t deleted.

is that not spam?
Even if it was her, does that not make it spam? “She” joined just to promote her website, and never added commentary or discussion to anything else. Am I wrong? If I am, I’ll stop.

There's a marketing aspect to it, but it is one our university does care about
The O’Brien award is something we put in the trophy case and that we promote. They’ve started a fan interaction component which apparently doesn’t gather much interest around these parts, but it isn’t like she’s marketing an article at the bleacher report.
Ostensibly this is a member of the staff of one of college football’s more prestigious awards and fan bases are being made aware of their ability to vote. Would you object if the exec director (or someone of the office of said organization) was updating us on the Heisman or Maxwell awards?

if it was just us..
…then no. But like I said, she’s just posting to promote her site. If she had given more than a cut and paste message that she’s been giving everyone, I wouldn’t mind. I understand the O’Brien is a prestigious award. I think my main gripe may be attributed to her using up a fanpost instead of just a link to the site in a fanshot.

I can see that, but there are two problems
A) Changing the message could lead to a charge of bias no matter how innocuous the difference.
B) Our fanshot/fanpost distinction is a little esoteric for non community members. Would it be better for these orgs to recruit someone who knew the difference or work with SBN? Sure, but I get the impression that this the whole fan participation element is highly unrefined.

Basically a press release
From the official organization giving the award. No problems with that on my end.
You ain't hurt.
Appreciate the spam patrol
Just think that in this case, it’s basically a favor to Colt, so hey, cool by us.
You ain't hurt.
