I expect the Texas Defense to be back and on for the Big 12 and the game after in Janurary. I suspect that the main reason that the Defense was torched in Thursday's game was because the limited time to prepare and the tired legs from the quick turn around especially in the secondary.

Might be that Muschamp realizes that he’s in a balancing act of keeping everyone healthy, so letting off the gas a bit, and yet having one more game (two, having included Aggy) to try your players out on the field for any extra teachable moments.
I have full faith and trust in that man to design a good game against Nebraska as well as whoever comes in the post season.
Let's give the Aggies a little credit for Thursday!!!!!
They were on a short week, too. They torched our rear ends. We torched theirs. We had a stupid turnover (punt play). They had a stupid turnover (Michael dropped a handoff).
Nebraska DEFINITELY concerns me because they’re well coached and their defense will keep the score close enough that a special teams play or a goofy play could be decisive.
Yeah, enough making excuses
They didn’t play well, period. A&M’s offense did. The reasons why are pure speculation and at this point of little importance for any of us. Let’s move on and stop pretending these boys and coaches are demi-gods that tripped over a dark cloud and into some mortality.
Man, let’s not drink all the coolaid.
the muff turnover
was a total fluke and could have been called kick catch interference because the fair catch was on and the only reason that player was on the ground was bacause the A&M player put him there (in the way).
Let's also face the fact that Jerrod Johnson played...
Phenominal. He made many clutch 3rd down conversions. The receivers chipped in with great hands on tough catches. The agro-offense was hot pretty much the whole game.
Whomever Nebraska rolls out at QB I doubt will be as athletic and acurate as JJ wast thurs night. Zac Lee is gimpy and back-up Cody Green, I believe, is a freshman.
Agree that the husker game will rely heavily on the defensive side. J
Greg Davis wears Sex Panther... and nothing else.
I'm not too worried about our defense
I think Muschamp will get the guys ready for Nebraska. Also, Nebraska shouldn’t have any player who will have the kind of game that Jerrod johnson had against us on Thursday. What I’m more worried about is how our offense is going to handle Ndamukong Suh. He is going to be a big problem for our offense. Hopefully we can handle him.
