Wonder what the vote total was.
I’d be shocked if it wasn’t unanimous. Who else made a case this year?
3/19/2009 - Dogus Balbay Made a Three-Pointer. Never Forget.
Are you kidding me?
1. Bob Stoops for fielding the best 7-5 team in the country.
2. Mike Sherman for managing to stay awake every single game.
3. Mike Gundy for producing the best OSU season EVAR1!!@!! (since he became a man. at age 40.)
4. Mark Mangino for keeping his job longer than Charlie Weis in the Battle of the Bulge.
5. Bill Snyder for somehow getting his team to a bowl-eligible 6 win total yet mysteriously circumventing the system and not being bowl eligible.
6. Mack Brown for his hand-clapping.
Really, it’s a big mystery how Mack won this thing.
In all seriousness, Paul Rhoads probably took a couple of votes for getting a craptastic ISU team to 6-6, and Pelini might have stolen one as well for his ever prestigious Big XII North championship.
