Need Title Game Parking Pass
Got my tix and ready to see us off to Cali. Now all i'm looking for is a parking pass for the "death star". Will pay, obviously, just let me know.
Side note: we got screwed on All Big XII team. OU gets more player recognition that we do? I guess i'm over it by now, considering it's been going on for years, but it still really gets under my skin. Oh well, we get last laugh.

Look up Big 12 Football Parking
U can buy the parking separate. Bot mine on Sunday.
Pay for parking?
If the weather’s good enough, there’s free parking within a few blocks of Cowboy stadium…you don’t have to pay $50 – $70 for it! Me and my kid have done a couple of the Cowboy game party passes and we just park in a well-known restaurant’s parking lot, eat there, and go to the game. Haven’t had a problem yet. Trick is to be a little early and not mind walking a few easy blocks. Lots of people do it. Just don’t try Wally World across from the stadium.
Drop some knowledge on me
What is the best sports bar near Jerry World…I want to watch the SEC clash before the Big XII C, but want to be close enough to the stadium that I don’t have to worry about traffic. I also have a parking pass, so I’m not concerned about parking or needing to walk to the game.
So far, Sherlock’s in Lincoln Square seems to be the best bet. But I hate chains, especially the ones that try to recreate Ireland in suburban America.
Be nobody but yourself in a world that desperately wants you to be like everybody else.

Its looking like Meekrob and I will be at Sherlock's or another place in Lincoln Square for the SEC game
As we do not have a parking pass, and will be doing the “Spend $40 on beer in LS, instead of paying for parking” deal.
Last time I was out at Arlington for games, Cowboys stadium wasnt built yet, so I dont have any better suggestions.

I blame the road construction
but if the game had been last year, you could have got to Kerr’s Winghouse at I-30 and Collins. A lot like hooters but a little trashier (especially on special days like their valentine’s, Christmas and Halloween celebrations where the workers “dress up(down)”.
Stupid construction on I-30 made them lose business and shut down.
If you are willing to drive 5 miles or so, there is a shopping center at I-20 and Matlock called “Arlington Highlands” that has a Bone Daddy’s and a brand new Plucker’s with at least 50 HD tvs (but shiner only comes in a bottle).
Oh yeah...
There are a couple of sports bars/restaurants on Six Flags Drive (about a mile or two from the stadium on the other side of the Ballpark and Six Flags over Texas) that might be worth your trouble.
They are Humperdink’s and Third Base Sports Bar and Grill. Humperdink’s runs a shuttle to the game, but it is 15-20 bucks a person so might not be a good option unless you are already trashed and will use the game as a tool to sober up.
3rd Base has around 20 beers on tap and the food isn’t horrible, but not as good as Humperdink’s.
Nothing beats free but the tickemaster ones were $30 not $60 or $70 like some have said they paid at Cowboy stadium. I have heard be prepared from expensive brewskies…
$8 is what the signs said when I took a stadium tour before the NFL season started.

Pricing
is dynamic for parking. On non-event days it is cheaper than concerts which is cheaper than cowboy games. Tailgating passes are more than a regular parking pass as well.
The wife and I went to the Club America vs. Chelsea FC soccer game and the price was $25 for parking. I would expect parking to run between $30 and $40 at the Big XII game but if you don’t want to pay that and are willing to walk, the City of Arlington has restricted private lots to selling parking for no more than $25.
Also, some of the Ranger’s parking lots are shared and will be the same price as the Cowboys, but some of the others are not and so could possibly be cheaper, but quite a bit farther away.
Pluckers!
There is one in Arlington! It’s new.
