are there limited number of tickets...
and does getting a ticket guarantee entry and everything that comes along with the 20 bucks?
never mind...
I’m a stupid idiot that cant read
I'll be there!
Wife just sent me the email from Texas Exes on this and we bought our tix. Does anyone know if you can bring non Texas alumni in? I would assume so, but I want to be sure before my friend drops 40 bones for him and his wife.
You can almost always bring in non-Exes members to events like this.
Sometimes the entry fee is $5 or so more, but that doesn’t appear to be the case here. What do you think we are, aggy, requiring a class ring for admission?
Hook ’em!
Why in the hell would you want to watch the NC with Alabama fans?
I have game-watching rules and #1 rule is don’t watch it with fans of the other team. Why in the hell would you want to have to watch what you say about the other team? You would obviously have to be nice and cordial if they’re right they’re alongside you watching the game. Texas Exes usually has good ideas and game-watch parties, but I’m gonna have to chalk up this one

Totally understand and respect your position to not want to watch with the other team
The local alumni chapters of Alabama and Texas are doing this for more than one reason: the most important is that this event will help to fund scholarship dollars to a a deserving student. We know that this event would be different for those true die-hard fans of each school, but if you really look at it, it is a great way to show that each of our schools are CLASS ACTS! It takes only 1 or 2 A-holes to put a mark on your school through very ignorant statements. Does that stuff rowl you up? Yes it is great for competition! But there is no law that we can’t come together and still have tons of FUN! I don’t see this being any different than sitting in the stadium next to the other team’s fans.. So, why would you want to watch the game with the other team? To show your true colors for your team. Isn’t that what we love about our schools?
