The blog post makes it sound like a ratable increase which would seem more than a little unprecedented
Anybody find the actual contract? I’m curious whether or not they accelerated later due compensation in addition to vesting the (contingent?) “service” payments.
/Spent way too much time in and around compensation law lately.
