Combine
This is just a place to discuss our Longhorns and their respective performances at the combine this weekend and how that effects their draft status. Also seeing as how the NFL website only posts the top ten performances in any given event, it would be nice if anyone with knowledge of where the statistics are more widely available would be generous enough to share. Specifically guys like Quan and Roy who probably will not appear on any of the top ten lists but could definitely move themselves up with good performances.

Players there
Orakpo, Cosby, Miller, Palmer, Ogbonnaya. Notable exclusions include Melton, Bobino, Dockery, Lewis.
CBS is following Rak
Estimated at 6-feet-4 and 260 pounds, Orakpo is a hunk of granite. In fact, he might be the most physically imposing player in the draft. His strength — a 515-pound bench press, 600-pound squat and 380-pound power clean — is the stuff of legend around the University of Texas and is among the reasons Orakpo chose to work on his speed and agility rather than strength in his preparation for the combine.
Still a Blaine Irby fan

Combine coverage
is on NFL Network right now, until 1 pm CT.
Garrett Gilbert: 2014 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year
And then from 3-6 pm CT, 7-9 pm CT, and 10 pm -12 am CT.

Time Warner
But, those of us that are stuck with Time Warner do not even have the option to have NFL Network. We pay ungodly sums of money just to have the HD sports package but due to TW’s inability to negotiate with networks we don’t have access to that channel.
they were showing some of it online, i believe..nt

Yep, I think you can view it at nfl.com/combine.
Ogbonnaya ran 4.55 unofficially, but it looks like the e-time ended up being 4.60 or slower. But that’s not terrible, because considering how much slower 40 times have been across the board this year, I’m betting scouts chalk a lot of it up to a slow track.

RAK
Apparently he already lifted as he is listed as performing the most reps of any of the linebackers at 31. I was honestly expecting a little more from him seeing as roy got 36 and i know that Rak was the stronger of the two.
Orakpo passes the eyeball test. There's no doubt about that. NFL teams are excited about him.
says
Pat Kirwan, NFL.com
Whatever that means
what's the eyeball test and is he not working out today? i saw him sit on the bench
COACH BOOM BABY!!
eyeball test
that just means that he looks like an nfl player
RAK ran 4.7 officially...lil slow for a guy who is trying to be OLB in NFL level
unless he plays under steeler’s scheme
COACH BOOM BABY!!
