Good news
Byndom is a good player, if a little slight at the moment — 165 pounds. Hopefully he’s more willing to tackle than Deon Beasley. Apparently his parents decided not to field the calls from Kashemeyia, which is good. As far as the rest of the class is concerned, this means that the defensive back recruiting could be almost finished, with the offer still out to cornerback Adrian White. Byndom’s commitment probably significantly reduces the chances that either of the Lancaster kids get an offer — Tyler Stephenson or Quinton Hayes.

It is good news
I’ve been wanting to horde DB’s like I needed them to hibernate. I keep feeling better & better that our secondary woes are becoming a thing of the past.
What positions are Texas' remaining needs?
i figure DE for sure, a RB or 2, and then a few more lb’s and WR’s… anything else?
I think that covers it
in terms of significant need.

Running back.
Must…have…running back. I know there’s a chance Whaley could be the answer, but I’d rather have some youngsters with wheels.

Err…to complement and/or push Whaley, not to start in front of him.
