ESPN's Tim Griffin is reporting that Texas running back Cody Johnson may recover from his hamstring injury in time to play in the Spring Game on Sunday. Big news for fans anxious to see the Johnson's improvement from the off season.

I would like to see him
But then again, I think its a blessing in disguise that he was injured. This will let other RB’s that were buried in the depth chart get some experience. We all know what CJ can do. (Ask OU). Lets see the other kids.

Oh and another thing GoBR:
Im not sure if you already have posted this, but Darius White recently gave his HS coach, Todd Lawson, his top 5 schools (plus 3 others which he has received offers)
#1: Texas
#2: Okie State (Really?)
#3: USC
#4: Tech (TX)
#5: OU
His “other” three were Florida, Utah, and USC.
Of course this is great news, but it wasn’t unforseen.
His coach also stated that Academics were a very important factor for him. That bodes well for us more than any other school. Of course it all depends on his major. Im really excitied about this kid. I’ve seen ALOT of his film and I just think he has the game-breaker mentality playing his posiiton. Everything just looks so natural to him.
The original report comes from Inside Texas.com, but I found it out on ESPN Recruiting Trail. (I know, not the most reliable but Im cheap)
