Horns Win Game One, Game Two Open Thread
Horns take game one 7-5 in a game that wasn't as close as the final score would indicate, until Nebraska threatened in the 9th. Game two start time should be around 6:05 and is allegedly on TV. Not sure how much updating we'll be able to do, but it'll be Brandon Workman on the mound looking for the series win.

On the cable guide it says that the game will start at 8
Does that mean it will be tape delayed, or maybe they just are not sure the exact start time.
Blazz
The free video seems to be working as well...
if the alleged televising isn’t working or, like me, folks are stuck at work on a Friday.
why do they keep switching back in forth between "K" and "S" on the pitch-by-pitch???

These guys on the Nebraska radio don't understand about the disch
“How does this guy not have more home runs?” Because the Disch is gigantic.
Although I like these anouncers
Although maybe that’s because the last game I was able to watch was Stanford
31 balls - 35 strikes?
workman having an off day?…seems our defense has been pretty solid though.

Sucks for Workman, he should have been out of the inning
but now it’s Shinaberry in. 2 outs in the bottom of the 4th, 10-2.
Good lord
I’m going to want to forget this inning later.

not to mention what it's probably doing to shinaberry
straight out of the bullpen and throwing a 3 run dbl…painful

Unbelievable
It’s like our entire pitching staff just decided to go on vacation.

Yeah, it feels like we threw 8 walks and committed five errors...
so only two runs is pretty fortunate.
most def.
very refreshing. we just need to keep on it.

Tucker pokes one to right
But the RF makes a nice play…11-7 good guys through 6.5
I’m out, you folks bring home a W :)
Horns win game 2, 11-7
Wow. That got way too exciting for a while. Oh well, I’ll take a double header sweep in Lincoln any time, no matter what form it takes. Texas goes for the series sweep tomorrow at 1.
