Around SBN: Hugh Douglas Admits To Stealing From Jaguars

Essentially, Colt McCoy's younger brother Case is a leaner, less sound version of his older brother. However, he possesses almost identical fundamentals, but the younger McCoy has to work on his mechanics. He was inconsistent -- like every other prospect for the most part -- but he can zip it and looks very good when his feet are set. It is all about footwork for McCoy when it comes to accuracy. With McCoy's mentality and gambling style, a workout is not the best forum to evaluate his ability level because some of the things he does on tape cannot be gauged out here.

For those without ESPN Insider, here's what Tom Luginbill had to say about Case McCoy at the Elite 11 Texas Regional camp.

From JC Shurburtt about the FW NFTC camp:

The 6-2, 205-pound [Darius] Terrell has good speed for his size and displayed an ability to get behind defensive backs, go up and snatch the ball out of the air. Given his combination of size, speed and hands, Terrell is going to be a matchup problem for defensive backs when he gets to Austin as long as he continues to develop.
Texas-commit Adrian White (Desoto, Texas/Desoto) was up and down during the day. Some of the coaches at the event felt like he may not have played up to his potential. It’s clear that he has a lot of physical ability, so it’s expected he will be better in coverage than he was Sunday.

And more

JC Shurburtt on Case:

Texas quarterback commit Case McCoy (Graham, Texas), the brother of Longhorns Heisman Trophy candidate Colt McCoy, had a solid showing. He has a quick release and velocity on his passes. McCoy is a confident player; he reminded several of the scouts and coaches at the event a bit of his brother.

“You definitely take a lot from this because you are always learning out here,” McCoy said. "You are throwing to people you are not used to throwing to, so it’s sort of hard to get into a rhythm, but you can take what you learn and go home and apply them to your own routes.
