Kiper's Latest Mock: Orakpo at 8 (Insider)

In Mel Kiper's latest Mock Draft, he's got Orakpo going 8 to the Jaguars. I'm somewhat surprised as it's been a while since I've seen him this low, but this would be nice for Texans/Titans fans, as Jacksonville would likely be on local channels more in those markets. Kiper also has Roy Miller at 59 to the Panthers. Todd McShay has Orakpo at 5 to the Browns.
