National Seeding
Texas is a lock for making the tournament field of 64, and widely expected to pull one of the national seeds. How high? Working on the (large) assumption that Texas wins the Big Dozen tournament, probably very high. As pointed out by HornsRiverine and 40AS, ESPN and SEBaseball both have the Horns (currently BoydsWorld's #2 in RPI) as the number 1 national seed, and now Baseball America has jumped on the Horns-as-#1 bandwagon.
Overall, representation of the Duzz should have a strong tourney presence again. Baseball America has K-State(!) and the team from directly north hosting, though not as seeds, and Baylor, Kansas, A&M, and Mizzou making the field. (There are only 10 varsity baseball teams in the Big XII, Iowa State and Colorado don't sponsor it.)
So, how far do the Horns go if they have the benefit of home-field through to Omaha? How many from the Duzz make it to Omaha?

knee-jerk answer
No Big 12 teams get to Omaha; how many have been the last three years? Horns reach super regional, where a team sent from the West Coast bumps them off . . . just too little scoring punch to overcome the inevitable tight playoff game.
I See The Horns In Omaha
The thing I like about this team is that the offense was so putrid to start the year that really honed the pitching performances. Then with a few key line up changes, the offense started clicking, and the Horns took off. Something tells me that the Horns have the pitching depth, enough offense, and the momentum to make this happen this year. Hook Em
As a lifelong Rangers fan,
I’ll take good pitching over good hitting any day of the week. As noted above by 40, our offense has improved significantly as of the last month or so. I’ve got high expectations for this team and I think they will be in Omaha.

Tight games
With the exception of the two Kansas teams, this team has been beyond exceptional in tight games. Texas will be tough to beat in the regional, and the pitching depth sets up very nicely for Omaha, and I agree that a tough super regional matchup may be the only thing keeping this team from a deep run. I actually think A&M has a really good chance at Omaha, I was very impressed with them last week and wouldn’t be surprised to see them knock somebody off in the supers.
Agree on Aggies
If you take the Baseball America seeding as an example, aTm could conceivably knock off Rice in the Regional and the Land Thieves in the Super Regional.
