Texas DE offer?

So I just got a text from one of my old buddies reporting to me that Duane Akina is at my old high school (Dallas Jesuit) and he just offered a DE named Chucka Ndulue. I don't know a whole lot about the kid or anything being 5 years removed from high school but the only info that I got was that he is a rising senior and barely even speaks english.
Unfortunately all of this info is coming from a friend who has a tendency to stretch the truth but I don't see him fabricating the offer. Anyone (GoBR) know anything about this or the kid?

I am sure GoBR will have more info,
but his ESPN recruit page says he has about 12 offers at this point. Those schools include TT, OU, UTEP, CSU, KU, and Utah. He must be a late bloomer because from his quote he seems sincerely taken aback by all of the attention he has received.

This is a done deal for the Sooners. This player was injured his junior year and has flown under the radar. It is rumored that the kid is going to commit tomorrow. This is why Akina may have offered. This is probably a done deal for the dirt burglars.
