Baseball Advances To Big XII Title Game
Finally, a three-way tie works in our favor! Texas rode an extremely strong pitching performance from Taylor Jungmann (7.2 IP, 1 ER) and some timely hitting to a 4-2 victory over Kansas State, concluding the revenge tour against the state of Kansas. Look for Brandon Workman or Austin Dicharry to get the start tomorrow (or maybe Cole Green again). Texas will play either A&M, Tech, Mizzou or OU tomorrow at 1 PM on FSN.

Mizzou beats ou
Well, i don’t know if the above is correct since tech is playing atm right now. ou is out since they have 2 losses, and atm is out (regardless of outcome since they are lower seed than mizzou). So, it can only be mizzou or tech, and i think maybe only mizzou since they are higher seed. Maybe?
Tech beat Mizzou head to head
The higher seed thing only comes into play in a three way tie. Texas, KSU and Baylor are all 2-1 therefore Texas advances with the higher seed. If A&M beats Tech then Mizzou and A&M are both 2-1 with Mizzou holding the tiebreaker having beaten them already. If Tech beats A&M then Tech holds the tiebreaker at 2-1 because of a victory over Mizzou.
Stupid effing FSN. I cancel it when it’s not football season, yet of course I’ll only catch the championship on TV if I reactivate it now.
The Big 12, or at least UT, needs to get on the stick and set up a TV network.
