Try Longhorns, Ltd.
Click on the novelty tab and then media. The 06 Rose Bowl is listed on the second row. From what I can read on the box it says it is the complete game footage from ABC with additional bonus features. Website can be found here. Hope this helps

also Itunes has alot of texas game
just go to tv shows then espn then games of the week, we played so many of them they have plenty of texas regular season games

There is a torrent site that has many football games
I may have gotten the raw MPEG2 1080 feed from them.
Almost all of the torrents are about the Ten Yard game we like, real tough to find old stuff though.
