Cain, Belt, Williams Still Unsigned

Nice little update here from the Statesmen. Nothing too surprising as we approach the August 17 deadline to sign players, don't be too shocked if it's another three weeks before any (all?) of these guys sign professional contracts. In other news, Austin Wood signed a contract with the Detroit Tigers...good for him!

Hopefully Belt stays for one more season I think it would improve are chances on getting back to Omaha and possibly winning the whole damn thing! Im so glad to see that a local in my area will be playing for the Horns next year De La Salle has always been an awesome school with its athletics the football team is well known in the country and there baseball and basketball teams are equally impressive good luck Noah Perio

I agree. With Belt, we stand a much better chance. However, the huge SF Giants fan in me would love to see him manning 1st base down by the Cove one day. I love when the Giants draft Horns. I’m still hoping to see David Maroul playing 3rd one day. One day……
