Colt might be better off in the long term going 11 rather than 1

He might have a chance to catch on with a team that could be decent or at least be in the realm of a possible trade with an even better team moving up to get him. Bradford is looking at playing for a team with a sub .250 winning percentage.

I’m not a big fan of either Bradford or Colt that early. Love Colt, but I don’t think the arm is there for either of those guys to cause the scouts to drool.

I find it decidedly interesting that OU has three guys before UT’s highest-rated guy. I suspect that might change come February, and definitely by April.

Yeah at this time last year

Loadholt was projected as a high 1st round pick and higher than Orakpo, until Rak abused him in the Cotton Bowl. I believe Loadholt ended up going in the 3rd round, could be mistaken though.

I think Bradford does have the arm to go that high. A lot of people projected him to go above Stafford this past year and he has a cannon.
