Anyone want tickets to the season opener?
Section 18 Row 64 seats 29 and 30
Please let me know if you are interested in 2 tickets for the season opener. These are not student tickets -- my seats are in the chair back section of the north end zone. You can access the North End Zone Club with the ticket (and buy beer) throughout the game. My parking pass for the checkered garage across from Scholz's is included.
Face value ($65/each OBO)

Wish I could grab those, but alas, no chance I’m getting out of the Mid-Atlantic. Speaking of which, anyone know of a way for those of us outside the Texas area to watch the game? I have ESPN GamePlan, but I’m guessing sure a PPV game won’t be on that.
Frick I hate PPV. Why go that route, honestly?

I am in the same boat. I don’t think there is a way to get the game unless you order it on PPV from Dish or Direct TV. I do not have either, so I will have to drag myself to a sport’s bar or find another way to watch it. I really do love my wife though—she actually offered to let me pay the early termination fee to break our FIOS contract just so that I could sign up with one of the satellite providers and wouldn’t have to miss the first game.

A better wife would pay it for you
Just kidding…lol. Great woman!
I’m off opening game from work and I have half a mind to go to the game and get these tickets but I’m not to sure I can afford it since me and Ole Miss girl just bought a house.
Get off your knees Greg, you're blowin' the game.

Is that the site we were all using to watch the early rounds of the CWS in the spring? If so, that seemed to work pretty well, and I just wondered if that was usually worked for PPV football games as well.

Was the Quality worth anything?
I tried to stream the Redskins game the other day to try to catch Rak, and the quality was beyond awful!

Definitely good enough. It wasn’t exactly HD, but the picture was clear, and the announcers could be understood, at least insofar as the CWS/tourney announcers were intelligible.

it really depends who streams it. sometimes you’ll get lucky and a person who has HD streams it (you wont see it in HD yourself but its great quality).

yeah worked great for CWS
not sure about PPV though. Anyone tried watching last years’ UT vs FAU PPV game on justin.tv?
