Around SBN: Sean Keeley's Week 12 College Football Buffet

A good read. It sounds like Vince has his head in the right place. This quote in particular sends chills:

Oh, the Rose Bowl. It was fourth down and five. Twenty-six seconds left. The national championship on the line. In the huddle, I just wanted everybody to stay loose. So I said, "Look at how ugly they are. Jesus, they're ugly." And then I said, "We're gonna win this game." And I looked at each of my teammates and said, "One more down. Everybody do their job."

how can you say he has his head in the right place

with a comment like this?

“I don’t know when I’ll start again. But I will be the next black quarterback to win a Super Bowl. And I will be in the Hall of Fame.”

i will give vy credit he was a great college player but he will never be a great or even good nfl player.

There's something spiritual about baseball — like Mother Nature," Garrido said. "You don't mess with it. And I think before a player can really believe in it, he has to experience it."

i am not saying strive for medocrity

but what i am saying is that obviously he care about what people think of him and that is why he is a nutcase right now.

why did he have to add the “black quaterback” prior to win a superbowl. if you listen to warren moon and everybody else they do not want to be considered a black QB but just a quarterback.

as well to say he wants to be in the HOF thats great and all but i have never played in the NFL or anywhere close to it and i probably right now have a better shot at getting in.

i wish the best for VY i think he has amazing talent but all he is doing is making things worse for himself.

He WAS the rookie of the year, and did make it to a Pro Bowl already, so you must know some people if you have better credentials than that.
