Where does Bevo live?
I've been doing some research on where bevo lives and haven't found anything. My little brother wants to see him when we take a trip to Austin to see a longhorn game this season. Any information would be helpful.

Bevo will be at the game.
The 75 word rule is there for a reason. You should ask questions like these in the open thread.

Since when did BON get so uppity?
It’s a reasonable question. You can still be Longhorn fan without being well-versed in BON etiquette.

i don't think ajax77777
is out of line. He directed him to the thread where random questions are supposed to go. I think it’s gotten so “uppity” b/c sometimes people will ask a one sentence question, and then you miles of useless filler. It gets tiring. That’s what fanshots are for, but no one reads those, so bz took it upon himself as an author to help people like this out.

I did answer the question.
Or at least address the issue of wanting to see Bevo. It’s not like I was a dick and insulted him. I just let him know where he can ask questions like these and said that the 75 word rule isn’t arbitrary.

Bevo is kept on a ranch in the Hill Country, and he is cared for and transported by the Silver Spurs. The exact location is kept hidden to deter aggy from harassing him.
Your best bet is to see him at a game.

The exact location is secret to deter pranksters from doing something stupid
Bevo will be in the southwest corner of the field during the games. You can see him there. But, please ask a Silver Spur to help you if you approach him at all.
This Bevo is a little more feisty than some of the past Bevos. My little neice and nephew (4.5 y.o.) wanted to see him and he was pretty antsy that day and they were scared once they got the chance to see him up close. He is kept behind the fence so you can’t get that close anyway…but the horns are LONG, and the commotion of the crowd can get to him a little bit so just pay attention. The Silver Spurs can tell you if he is being good or bad at that time and how close is safe.

Hah, I didnt know it was a secret
I drive by him on the way to my in-laws from time to time (depends on which route I take).
I was going to volunteer where he is, but I guess Ill clam up. You can definitely see him at the games!

Do you really?
That’s cool.
While at the La. Monroe game my sister told me about how her kids ran up to see him and then quickly ran back to her after he made some moves/noises.
We then started to really check him out and we were both laughing because he really does have more attitude than the last Bevo. His eyes were big like he was getting all wound up. I like this Bevo’s attitude….Maybe Coach Boom helped pick him out.
