Even though it was a fairly simple gesture, I think this might be one of the best sports-related stories of 2009. Anyone that has followed VY since high school and read about his family situation and the role Steve McNair played as a mentior knows that this was 100 percent sincere. I don’t know about you, but this definitely is the type of guy I want representing our school and football program.
