Griffin tore his right ACL during the first half of Baylor's 68-13 win against Northwestern State. Make no mistake about it, Baylor is cursed.

HB adds- Bumped to front page because of PB's man-crush on Mr. Griffin. I hope that he comes back at full strength next year. You never know with ACL injuries.

Beat me to it by a few minutes!

Terrible news for my Big XII man-crush outside of any Texas players.

Couldn't believe it when I heard...

Absolutely one of the most exciting players in college football. I guess A&M might not finish last in the South after all.

Re: A&M

I’ll bet Beergut and co. have begun secretly high-fiving each other while publicly lamenting the fact that “Now when we whoop Baylor, they’re going to have an excuse!”

10 Ha’s.

I know

you’re just a snot-nosed college punk, but occasionally you might want to try not being an idiot.

Link, link, and link.

To intimate I would be happy my preseason pick for first team All-Big 12 QB and author of the conference upset of the year is injured is asinine, but then, it is you we’re talking about.

Damn...

I really enjoy watching him play

He hurt that the first or second series

of the game, and they let him play the rest of the first half!!!!

Terrible new for the Bears; just can’t buy a break, though there could be a small one for them since that was just their third game. Believe that leaves a medical hardship option available.

tough break for baylor.

just goes to show you how much luck with injuries can turn a season around.

This makes me sad. I was hoping to see Baylor knock off a couple of non-Longhorn teams during the conference schedule.

Major bummer.

Good luck to Griffin. I love watching him play.
