Nice to see Mack Brown pull out his security blanket last night - scoring 60+ points.

I know nothing about the game other than the score, but can't help of thinking that he reached the 60 point plateau just to help console his image / respect for his team.

I know it was UTEP and the defense & special teams probably had more than their share of opportunities to contribute. (Again I don't know any of the stats or what happened.)

I would hope that at least by the mid-3rd qtr Mack Brown put in the 80 yr old equipment manager, the honorary 6 yr old ball boy, the 110 pound statistician, the girls on the athletic training staff, and JR (the WWE announcer). Yes, it's the defenses responsibility to stop the offense, but I find it hard to believe Mack Brown didn't let off the pedal......no wait, yes I can believe it.
