I loved BC's ChrisApplewhite's take on this:
Texas A&M already 0-1 in 2015
Get off your knees Greg, you're blowin' the game.

Texas needs to step up and add some BIG games!
Florida? LSU? Virginia Tech? Alabama? Anyone?

Texas Might Have A Big Game Coming Up
I came to Longhorn country to try and corroborate a rumor that has been circulating around Berkeley. Apparently, someone on twitter talked to Cal’s AD at fan appreciation day and she implied a Cal-Texas home and home in 2015/16 had been agreed to in principle, but that the specifics were far from being worked out. Has Texas said or heard anything about this very flimsy rumor?
Yes, I am a Cal fan, no I don’t want a flame war.
Welcome here
I have not heard anything about this, but will ask around. The folks on here are definitely the first to know stuff like this.
Do we have any history as opponents? I woudl prefer that we play UGA, AL, tOSU again, Michigan or Notre Dame. But, getting a chance to go to Cal wouldn’t be a bad thing. Beats the midwest.
Future headline OOC games are great
2010: UCLA
2011: @UCLA
2012: @Ole Miss
2013: Ole Miss
Both of these teams should be 9-4, 8-5 ish good which is really all we need. And they are from “Big 6” conferences.
All I ask for is one headliner out of conference a year to make a good splash. Then one small in-state is okay (Rice, UTEP, etc) to help our brothers out. As for the other two I’m okay with the “bodybag” games (directionals, anything including a “-” in its name).
But absolutely NO FCS teams!! Thats just disgusting to watch.
Aggie's OOC past schedules
2000: Notre Dame
2001: Notre Dame
2002: Pittsburgh, VaTech
2003: Utah, VaTech, Pittsburgh
2004: Utah, Clemson
2005: Clemson
2006: cupcakes
2007: Fresno State, Miami (a game we refused)
2008: Miami (a game we refused)
2009: Arkansas
They have the 10 year deal with Arkansas in JerryWorld.
Now they have signed H/H deals with USC and Oregon.
I can’t wait for Will Muschamp’s influence on scheduling to be announced.

Let's hold our breath

jealous > jeolous tbh
Until you prove you know anything, I and most everyone else here know your basically talking out of your ass. So no, not jealous.

Rare moment in time....
I agree on the scheduling. I don’t necessarily need to see LSU, UF, or any of the top 10 teams, but one nice, 15-20ish range per year would be great. And the revenue couldn’t be bad (hello not having to pay directional U $500,000+)
Don't we have that coming up?

Don’t we have that the next four years set up already with UCLA and Ole Miss?
