Colt McCoy on the Mend
For those wondering, Colt's arm is expected to heal in two weeks, so he will be ready for the combine. In his words

Great to see...
Sure wish he could be a Cowboy…but, we seem to have drafted a backup from another in-state school.
and an all-time great
at that.
I thoroughly enjoyed his last game in Austin, in which I was in attendance. I’ll never forget his visible dismay in realizing our defense wasn’t playing flag-football any more and that he could not possibly hear his own snap-count due to the noise. Priceless …

As luck would have it...
I’m available January 30 and will gladly assume my prior position (standing upright screaming at top of my lungs) in Section 26, Row 52, Seat 14 at the Rose Bowl if they want to play this whole National Championship thing “for real” this time.

Oh, wait, that was a SERIOUS post? What?
You play fast, you play strong, you go out there and dominate the guy you play against, and make his ass quit! That's our trademark, that's our MO as a team, aight, that's what people know us as! - Nick Saban, 2008

Good to hear.
Would have felt terrible if he suffered any permanent damage. I had heard he was visiting Dr. James Andrews in Alabama the other day, so I wasn’t sure how he was doing.
What you're seeing is team spirit. It's like the Holy Spirit, but more powerful.

Sorry Colt
You could win 6 Super Bowls and break all of the records held by NFL QB’s, but your best football to me will always be the fumble, recovery, then touchdown throw in the Mizzou game in 2008.

His agent, David Dunn, sounds like trouble. Suspensions, bankruptcy and what not.

Colt in NFL
whichever team drafts him, I hope it will be a good situation and works well with his skill set. I will follow whichever team who drafts him. Hopefully it won’t be the Eagles because I can’t stand the Eagles.
