Maybe Muschamp can take him on as DC when takes the reins from Mack. Him, or Dave Wannstedt, who looks set to get the boot too.

You probably don't know this
. . . but Shannon was the head coach at Miami, not the offensive coordinator.
I certainly believe that GD should not go “unpunished” for his poor 2010 showing, though. Brown and Deloss should consider limiting his salary increase this year. That will send the message that he needs to get the offense back up to his previous standard (i.e., before 2010) of excellence.
