How would this team do?
As I was reviewing the Longhorns on the NFL, I wondered how they would do if they were all on the same team. Below is what the team would look like:
Off:
RB Jamall Charles, Cedrick Benson, Ricky Williams
FB Ahmad Hall
QB Vince Young, Colt McCoy
C Lyle Sendlein
RG Derrick Dockery, Kasey Studdard
LG Justin Blalock, Leonard Davis
LT MikeWilliams, Tony Hill
TE Jermichael Finley, Bo Scaife, David Thomas
WR Roy Williams, Limas Sweed
Slot Jordan Shipley, Quan Cosby
K Phil Dawson
DEF:
DE Cory Redding, Henry Melton, Lamar Houston
DT Shaun Rogers, Casey Hampton
DT Roy Miller
DE Tim Crowder, Brian Robison
CB Aaron Ross, Cedric Griffen
CB Quenten Jammer, Tarrell Brown
SS Michael Griffen, Earl Thomas
FS Michael Huff
LB Brian Orakpo
LB Derrick Johnson
I think that team would be in the top tier of NFL teams. I think the experts over at AAS could even coach that team. Maybe our coaching staff hasn't gotten dumb overnight. They have brought in some incredible talent and won more games in the last 10 years than any other team. I am looking forward to what they do with this bunch the rest of the year and the years to come. As for the the Longhorn NFL team they would be a force.

Get Madden 2011 and your dreams shall come true.
It’s the first thing I did when I got the game. I didn’t alter any of the ratings and they do ok.
You're gonna strongly agree with some of what I say, and you'll strongly disagree with some of what I say. Either way, I don't give a d@#n. I'm just here to talk sports.
A little weak in the receiver talent
Williams is good, but Limas hasn’t done a thing in the NFL. This would definitely be one of those teams for which the slot would be more valuable than the second receiver.
There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.
Also, a bit of a turnstile at LT
And I think the rookies (Earl and Houston) may offer more than older counterparts (Huff, Crowder).
That team would do unspeakable things to the Cowboys though
proud to swim home
I'd also put Orakpo at DE
Although that’d leave something of a hole at linebacker.

Ehh...assuming this would be a four-man front
