Anyone see Wright's "incomplete" just now
in Baylor-OSU? Possibly one of the worst calls I’ve seen in college football. That was an incredible catch.
Never ask a man if he's from Texas. If he is, he'll tell you soon enough. If he's not, don't embarrass him.
hows the foot?

not as great as it should be at this point
but better. I’m off the vicodin and drinking some Shiner Holiday Cheer, which is an improvement at least. Thanks.

good.. now you won't be as easy to pick on
the vicodin defiantly had you off your game…

Why do the
TCU & Alabama games interest me more than anything being played tonight?
Sigh
I for one am tired of watching us lose to K-state
so not too excited about tonight

We're on the road, the team must have zero arrogance at this point
I’m not assuming a loss as much as I just have no expectations about how they’ll play. A 20 point loss wouldn’t surprise me, but neither would a solid win (well, it kind of would, but certainly isn’t implausible).
If you're so sure of what it ain't, how about telling us what it am!
that's a good point
maybe that’s more accurately describing how I feel about it

sometimes having no expectations can be a good thing
to this day, the most relaxed I’ve ever been at an A&M game was OU 2002
I was convinced before the game that Dustin Long was going to throw 5 interceptions in the game, and told the Sooner fans around me as much in the pregame. When he threw his first two, I just nodded. I just wanted a chance to see Reggie play. Then Reggie came in, went nuts on their defense, Kevin Sumlin made Mike Stoops his woman, in the unwilling/late-at-night-in-prison manner, and the rest is history.
Good point
A sign of how far we have fallen this year is that few of us would be surprised if we lost 3 out of our last 4.

Michigan is Bizarro -Texas
Hell of an offense that can’t blow teams out because their defense can’t stop anybody.

how about Purdue within 3 of Wisco?

The same way...
we lost to UCLA, OU, and Iowa State. But wait…Mack said we played alot better against Baylor. had more yards, held their super QB in check (except for 3 plays), etc. I guess we are down to moral victories
"Only angry people win football games." --DKR
our losses are bad....
and the teams we are losing to tend to look terrible after the beat us……..not much to hang our hat on this year. Nothing but misery.
OSU actually has the offense to make Baylor's defense look like what they are
texas’ offense made Baylor’s defense look good
OSU ownage
They must have sent out a way better “protect this house” email.
Michigan just gave up a wide open TD pass
Bizarro-Texas equivalent of throwing for 4 on 3rd and 7.

Speaking of bizarro
Rich Rod replaces QB who ran up 38 points with backup who promptly fumbles…Illini up 45 – 38
I'm goin out on a limb here, but my leadlock prediction is the Horns are going to run the table on the rest of there schedule!
Just trying to be Optimistic for once.
I don't think any of the pundits think Mac is a good coach
Their knock on Mac is that he gets less of great talent than any other coach in america.
Really
I think we get great talent, and to me it seems like Mack coaches the team the same way every year. When i’m screaming at home at the tv, he keeps his composure and rarely chews out anyones ass after bad plays.
Meant pundits think we have great talent but dont't think Mac gets all he can out of it
My feeling is we have talent shortage this year
Yeah I was kind of fearing some of the guys we just got last yr (Hicks Jeffcoat and White) and who were picking up this yr
M.Brown, Westerman, Edmond, and Flowers might be having buyers remorse
Did Corso elaborate as to the how and why?
"Only angry people win football games." --DKR
I don't see it...
Our margin of error is very little. In order to win, our defense has to pretty much shutdown the other team. I don’t see us beating OSU.
Like I said I was just trying to be optimistic, i'm pretty sure we have 2 possible losses on the schedule
I wish this team could just somehow reinvent thereselves. Then again I guess that would have to come from coaching to try something different and if it works continue with it.
I just hope we start giving some of these backups some playing time...
I think Mack will be surprised to find out the backups are a lot better than he thinks.
Couldnt agree with you more. What do we have to lose. Nothing and we might find a total stud that we haven't been playing
you can't be a stud if you aren't the oldest at your position
duh

You mean, we won't give you a chance to be a stud at your position if your not the oldest..

Embarrassing that TCU/UTAH is on CBS College Sports....
- vs #5…yes I know their feed is national for this weekend. I hate boxed in contracts which have Craig Bolerjack calling a game…who you ask? Exactly.
Hey, the system is not perfect. But, it's better than the one we had. Um, really? Joe Paterno led 4 undefeated teams under the old system that were not National Champions. With this "better" system, we've only had to endure a BCS controversy OR an inconclusive end to the following seasons: 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.

ISU missed a FG on prior drive…needs to cash in going with wind.
NU lost at home last year to ISU primarily due to fumbles.
