Now that Holgorson has been named HCIW at West Va, can someone explain....
...what was the new bylaw or whatever issued by the NCAA when Muschamp was named HCIW? I remember this new bylaw as being directed at Texas (and Maryland???) at the time.
So how is this now okay for West Va? Anyone have any more information on this?
At this point, I'm rambling to obtain the minimum number of words - so I'm curious about all this HCIW nonsense and how WestVa is getting away with it......
