Cedric Golden reported Thursday,
"Another person close to Brown told me earlier this week to "expect to be surprised" when Brown announces his replacement for Muschamp."
There used to be a sci-fi show on TV like The Twilight Zone, but a different program (can't remember the name). One episode on the show was entitled (yes, I said "entitled") "The Big Surprise." A character played by John Carradine (father to David and Keith, but much scarier) told a couple of young boys that if they dug a hole under a certain tree, they would find a big surprise. In the teeth of a vicious storm, the boys dug and dug, and as they dug deeper, the storm grew more fierce. Finally, they hit something solid. They uncovered it. It was a casket. They opened it. John Carradine sat up and said, "Surprise!" I swear to God, if Mack's big surprise is to name himself as the new DC, I don't know what I'll do. I may be looking for a casket to crawl into. All joking aside, or not, who would be a logical, "surprising" hire for Mack's DC?
