Taking the ranting out of context is not a good way to judge a coach. Maybe Leach’s strategy was to constantly keep his team on edge, ranting and cussing in one meeting and then coming in to chit chat about pirates and swords the next. Whatever he does, it clearly works… except the whole “letting cameras film my post game talks” part, obviously.

He kind of reminded me of Coach Bud Kilmer from Varsity Blues, to bad they didn’t have anymore footage of that tape it sounded like it was just getting good. Leach will be dearly missed in the conference.
