haha...nice...
Now along with GoBR’s recruiting updates and dimecoverage’s Bevo Roundup we’ll also be having a weekly dose of B.A.J’s Player Spotting Report.
Not cool

A buddy of mine saw Mack, Coach Royal and some of the other coaches at a burger joint a year or so ago. Said they got swamped by people with cellphone cameras wanting pictures. Coach Royal had this double face palm look on his face.
Please leave these people alone, where they eat is nobody’s business.

to be fair
you pay me several million a year, I’ll let you know what restaurants I eat at every week, and cheerfully take pictures with everyone.
While I don’t think anyone should be so rude as to ram a camera into their face to take pictures, I do think some congeniality to the people who help pay your salary is expected. Part of the reason you make millions a year is to deal with the public.
It is interesting your friend said Coach Royal had that reaction, everyone I’ve met who has dealt with him in public raves about how infailingly polite and cordial he is.
Martha, when is the roadkill gonna be ready?
So you’ve driven everyone away from your website-myself included- and now you come here to share your wisdom concerning etiquette on top of football. And no doubt instigate. If you’re here to argue that it’s okay to interrupt people during a meal for a cell phone photo or to post or call ‘everybody’ and tell them ‘OMG go to Texas Roadhouse, Greg Smith is there!’ then well…there is no argument. We obviously grew up on different parts of the farm so to speak.
I will inform that buddy I mentioned that I am now eliciting lessons on manners by the Martha Stewart of Aggieland who though Colt McCoy’s injury at Kyle Field was ‘funny’ (or was it ‘hilarious?’) and that he would prefer a personal account be given to you. You no doubt thought McCoy’s injury in the ‘Bama game was funny as well as the weirdo hanging out in Colt’s front yard.
Please post us some more recipes from Beergut’s Texas Roadkill.

actually
my blog is doing quite well these days, thanks for your concern

Your presence is not needed to make a blog successful. Arrogant much?
If you’re here to argue that it’s okay to interrupt people during a meal for a cell phone photo or to post or call ‘everybody’ and tell them ‘OMG go to Texas Roadhouse, Greg Smith is there!’ then well…there is no argument
Yup, that’s exactly what I’m arguing. ::rolleyes::

Reading is fundamental; try it sometime.

Martha Stewart teaches homemaking and cooking, not manners or etiquette. Fail.
who though(sic) Colt McCoy’s injury at Kyle Field was ‘funny’ (or was it ‘hilarious?’)
Colt McCoy was never injured at Kyle Field, the comment you are referring to was in reference to him getting knocked out of the ’06 A&M-texas game in Austin, and I said his nickname of “Cart McCry” after he was carted off the field for a stinger was and is hilarious. Again, your struggle with reading and comprehension rears its ugly head.
You no doubt thought McCoy’s injury in the ‘Bama game was funny
Not funny, ironic.
as well as the weirdo hanging out in Colt’s front yard
No idea what you’re referring to here.
Saw Rick Barnes once...
at Joe’s Crab Shack on Riverside recruiting Kevin Durant and some other guy. Thankfully, no one bugged them while they were on the patio, but they were there around 9pm on a week day.
Funny note, Barnes was wearing a no socks with his slacks and penny loafers. Could the guy be anymore relaxed when he isn’t on the court?
Record prediction
If he’s on record with a minimum of 5300 yards offense between Gilbert passing, Whaley, and Newton running, then it’s safe to assume at least thirteen wins are also involved
by Tackchevy on Mar 7, 2010 5:18 PM CST via mobile reply actions
I'd take 13 wins
Although I’d rather have 14, 13 would be awesome for what should be a rebuilding reloading season.
I have beat wholesale ass for a whole lot less.
