Texas to Play in 2010 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic
As per usual, Texas will play in an early season basketball tournament next fall. This season the 'Horns played in the CBE Classic in Kansas City, in 2008 Texas played in Maui, and in 2007 Rick Barnes took Texas to New Jersey for the Legends Classic.
The Longhorns have signed up to participate in the 2010 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic along with Pittsburgh, Maryland, and Illinois.
Regional round games will be played November 8-12.
And like any good tournament, the four host schools will advance automatically to the semifinals in Madison Square Garden.

I have always been a Maryland fan because of my hatred of duke. Would really like to see that match up!

same here..
..I like to watch Grevais Vasquez (i don’t think he’ll be there next year). I root for them most games especially when they play Duke and UNC. If we win this tourney next year, our RPI would look good.
