Oklahoma to unveil new logo
I know that Bleacher report might be one of the worst sports blogs on the internet, but I found this article to be hilarious. I'm not sure whether they were making fun of OU, or actually being serious. Either way, it's awesome, and just makes the gooners look like even bigger morons.

I still do not understand why the University of Oklahoma goes by OU instead of UO since that is their actual abbreviated name.

NU = Nebraska
MU = Missouri
OU = Oklahoma
KU = Kansas
CU = Colorado

What’s a Big 8 thing? LOL. I honestly don’t remember the Big 8. Was that back in the Southwest Conference days….will have to look that up.

I don’t recall that OU was an out of conference game while I was at Texas. The mind is the first to go.

Intersting to see how the conference timelines changed participants. Makes me not so worried about the sky falling when the next wave of re-alignments happen.
I just don’t recall OU being in a diffrent conference, but I do remember NU being a big addition when the SWC disappeared. Funny how things that were probably a big deal back then no longer seem to have any import in the ole database.
Those uniforms are pretty lame
Really didn’t want to waste my time reading that whole article, but tell me there not going to wear those uniforms every week durning football season. That pretty sad that you would be thinking about your rival every week durning the season

trust me. But it almost makes me happy that OU would potentially do something so stupid, and cause them national ridicule.
