The new Big 12 (10)

The new Big 12 (10) conference pretty much says one thing to me... It's time for Texas A&M to step up. If A&M is going to get the same kind of money that Texas and OU get, then they need to produce like they do.  They really need teams like A&M and K- State to step up to boost the strength of it. I keep hearing A&M fans crying about the decision because of the teams in the new Big 12. I hate to tell them but the reason it might be considered weak is because A&M has under-achieved more than any team in the conference.  I'm sure when the Big 12 was created they didn't expect A&M and K-State to stink it up like they have.

I don't think the SOS will be effected too much because Nebraska wasn't very good until last year and Colorado hasn't been good for awhile. The new set up will have Texas playing all 9 conference teams plus three OOC games. The championship game will be missed for the extra boost, but I'm sure the Big 12 (10) will eventually add two more teams. The extra conference games will make up for the games against teams like Rice, Wyoming, etc. Texas needs to make sure they schedule OOC games like UCLA and Ol' Miss instead of games like Rice or Wyoming. What two teams could the Big 12 add in the future? I have no idea and I'm sure they don't either. I would say a team like Memphis or Houston might be a possibility. I can't see them getting TCU or Arkansas at this point.
