So I know it's still very early in the season, but it's looking to me like there is no clear favorite to win the south this year. Oklahoma would seem to be the front-runner after their demolishment of FSU yesterday, but a win over any ACC team at home shouldn't be something to brag about at this point in the season. Let's not forget this is the same ou team that struggled with Utah State at home in week 1. Then you've got Texas struggling with mediocre opponents, A&M and Tech putting up big numbers (although the Red Raiders only beat SMU by 7 at home), and ok state's Hunter running wild on people (though they barely beat Troy?). It seems like the competition in the south is pretty even this year. SO, what do y'all think are the chances of a non-Texas/oklahoma team winning a Big XII South title this year? By the way, Texas or oklahoma has represented the south in the championship game every year since 1999. Good job keeping up, Tech and A&M.
