not good enough punishment

stoops should let him play and direct landry to float a pass on a crossing route over the middle and let vacarro, gideon and scott deliver the message for us

Better yet...

Make the kid receive the opening kickoff with Vacarro, Gideon and Scott (and Coach Boom himself) on kick coverage.

the man, the myth, the legend.

I just saw this too

OU receivers have not been great, and Kenny dropped another pass against Cincy. So, I’m actually surprised Stoops would show this much “character” but good for him.

It's easy to show character

when the guilty party isn’t a contributor.

Mixed Bag

From the link above, it states: Stoops says that the ‘’rivalry with Texas will not come at the expense of dignity and respect.’’

While I agree if this was Murray he would have found a way to sweep it under the rug, I suppose he has to be given a mini kudos for recognizing such a callous comment. I always wonder what some of these guys are thinking?!??! Go read his tweet…. I mean what did he think would come from that? Athletes always continue to astound me.

This is what happens when high schools let athletes coast

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.
