ESPN's Bracketology is also out, and Texas is already a 2 seed. You can see in the brackets that our goal should be to maintain at least a 2 seed. A 1 seed is not necessary, as a 2 seed will most likely get us into the San Antonio region, where we would "unfairly" get a huge home-court advantage in the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight (against what would be 1 seed Pittsburgh in this bracket). I wouldn't exactly expect a pro-UT crowd in Tulsa with the Cowboy/Sooner fans in attendance, but with the Final Four in Houston, we have a great opportunity to win the whole thing.
