Since we were 3-5 over for 2011, that helps.
Are you late? No. First inkling I heard was on Friday, but I’ve been expecting this. More quality LBers coming, and Tariq had not made an impact in two seaoons in the program.
He just wrapped up his redshirt-freshman season
Obviously he didn’t make an impact while redshirting, and it’s usually hard for a guy to make a big one in his first season on the field. That said, Hicks certainly seemed to have jumped ahead of him.
Hook ‘em, Tariq. I don’t know for sure why you’re leaving, but best of luck wherever you go.
