I think he’s a good leader. He just makes some bonehead mistakes. It’s more important that we learn how to win without him, I think.

Pure ugliness, an eFG% of 27.8 for Texas is ridiculously bad, only slight advantages in reb and to percentages. FT Rate and FT % is the only reason its a 6 pt lead.

I'm seeing 39-33, 7:46 left in game
wow this is just a despicable performance so far. Nothing else you can really say. Sam Houston St. is 1-4 with losses to Notre Dame (4-2), Mercer (4-2), South Dakota St. (4-3), Niagara (2-3).
Let’s hope this is just a Thanksgiving hangover because right now we aren’t playing anything like a team that will make the NCAA Tournament.
The only good news coming out of this game so far is our defense and rebounding. We’re not being dominated on the boards and SHSU is shooting 32.6% with just 2 free throw attemps (missed both). In fact, we’ve only been called for 7 fouls all game.
Kabongo so far throwing up a big ole goose-egg in the scoring column. Could we be looking at a Dogus Balbay clone? How sad considering all the hype he got last year.

Wingman’s best performance underneath the bucket . He actually finished some shots.
Kabongo has absolutely no business turning pro after this season. Totally not impressed with his game.

Kabongo has absolutely no business turning pro after this season.
