RGlll out second half of Texas Tech Game with possible concussion

Lets hope its not a serious injury, but I wouldn't mind him being a little less than perfect next Saturday

Truly, I wish him full recovery

But does anyone know how long a concussion can sideline someone?

It can end a career or keep you out a day or two

Depends on the symptoms that follow and how long they last.

Well, again

By all accounts, everything I’ve seen of him is a stand up guy and I truly wish him a full recovery. His talent is undeniable, and I hope this doesn’t keep him out long.

at the game

I was surprised he came back in for that touchdown he scored i could tell by his body language he was not all there. He was the only reason i went was to watch him play. Tech seem to play dirty towards RGIII like when the dude hit him low and behind on that false start call and that hit that knock him out i could not tell if it was helmet 2 helmet. They did not show a replay so i could not tell how the defensive player was trying to tackle him.

On replays,

neither of the two plays looked dirty; the guy with the late hit pulled up at the last second so he wouldn’t hit as hard. The guy that gave him a concussion wasn’t targeting and probably should have expected a QB to slide, RGIII was proving impossible to tackle and hitting him was safer,

Hit on RGIII

I watched the replay several times last night. It wasn’t a helmet-to-helmet hit. The Tech defender hit him with his forearm.

Hope he's able to be at full strength on Saturday.

He’s an absolute specimen of a football player, and I want to face him at his best. Best wishes on recovery, RGIII.
