Mizzou's mascot shatters bowl trophy

It seems the Mizzou mascot broke the Indy Bowl trophy prior to the game. Way to go dumba##......this is the first and probably the least of Mizzou's troubles. The nation will continue to laugh starting next fall.

("Truman the Tiger" .....seriously?!? I assume it comes from Harry Truman, but I didn't know there was a name for it and it certainly doesn't have any flash or ferocity. Oh well, like I give a sh#t anyway.)

He did it before the game when he tried to lift it

It was imported, so they had to go to the store and buy a crystal vase to substitute. At least Mizzou won so they can have the cheap knock off of a trophy like it really matters.

Mizzou press was complaining that Shreveport wasn’t very ‘hospitable’. Whatevs, they have no idea the shit storm they entered. SEC fans (not the few that blog like we do-the actual people that live in Bama, FL, and Georgia, etc.) don’t even want them. LOL

I went to a Texas game at Mizzou. It reminded me of my highschool. SEC fans will not be happy there.

I've been there 3-4 times

and I agree that is a very reserved atmosphere. Every time I was there they couldn’t fill the stadium….for a game against Texas.

Hostile or intimidating for the opponent……..those are not words to describe Columbia. Have fun SEC fans – they’re your problem now.

So does Missouri need to change their mascot….there is an LSU tiger, there was an Auburn Tiger/war eagle?….so does that make the SEC the home of the tiger trifecta? Or am i wrong?
