I plan to coach a long time. When I do retire, it won't come from a twit in Topeka, Kansas."

Well, he's 2 seasons removed from the BCS title game

He recruits via cronyism, had an OC forever using the same logic, and it’s biting him in the butt. His benchmark of success (10 win seasons) is merely a pipedream now. 12 wins over 2 years at $5m per year is ridiculous. Snyder gets $1M at K-State and does better than that.

How long you been watching the Horns, Show Me?

I will change my legal name to "I. M. Harsin" if Texas scores on a Statue of Liberty or Hook-and-Ladder vs. OU."

I thought

the word “twit” was a deliberate word choice (referring to the radio host that first “announced” his departure)…

Now who’s the twit?! ;)

by Big Goob on Dec 3, 2011 7:32 PM CST via mobile up reply actions

would my sarcasm have been clearer if I called him Grandpa Mack? lol

Good to hear ...

I suspected this was the case. As for Mack losing the fire, I think that his during-game fire shows that is wrong. GOBR, thanks for scaring the crap out of us. I really think all that was recruiting BS.

He has about 3 or 4 more years...

…based on history. If he wants it of course.

Fucking badass, Mack.

Also the beatdown in Stillwater is becoming progressively more hilarious.

Multiple sources, including one inside UT football program, told me today Mack Brown will likely be forced out at Texas
